Changzhou AEMHY Hydrogen Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (“AEMHY”) has won Third Prize in the Growth Enterprise Group at the final of the 14th “Entrepreneurship Jiangsu” Science and Technology Entrepreneurship Competition and the Jiangsu Division of the 15th China Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition.

AEMHY advanced to the provincial final with its project, “Research, Development and Industrialization of Key Materials for High-Performance AEM Electrolyzers.” As the only hydrogen energy company represented in the provincial final, AEMHY presented its latest progress in anion exchange membrane water electrolysis, covering key materials, membrane electrode assemblies, electrolyzer stacks and integrated hydrogen production solutions.
The award recognizes AEMHY’s technological innovation, product development capabilities, industrialization potential and growing presence in the green hydrogen sector.
During the same week, AEMHY participated in the 2026 Jiangsu Industry-University-Research Cooperation and Exchange Conference at the Nanjing International Exhibition Center. The company showcased two representative products: an 800 mm-wide anion exchange membrane and a 20 Nm³/h AEM hydrogen electrolyzer.
The 800 mm-wide membrane demonstrates AEMHY’s progress in the large-format preparation and engineering development of core AEM materials. It provides a material foundation for larger membrane electrode assemblies and higher-capacity AEM electrolyzer systems.

The newly unveiled 20 Nm³/h AEM electrolyzer marked its first public appearance. The product highlights AEMHY’s integrated development capabilities across key materials, core components, electrolyzer stacks and complete hydrogen production equipment. Designed for green hydrogen applications, the system combines the cost potential of alkaline electrolysis with the flexibility and compact architecture of membrane-based electrolysis.

During the conference, AEMHY’s products attracted interest from industry experts, investment institutions, value-chain partners and potential customers.
Winning a provincial-level innovation award while presenting two important products at a major industry-university-research event represents another significant milestone for AEMHY.
Looking ahead, AEMHY will continue to develop high-performance, cost-effective and scalable AEM water electrolysis technologies. The company will accelerate product iteration, demonstration projects and commercial deployment while strengthening cooperation with universities, research institutes, industrial partners, investors and end users.
Through innovation across materials, components, electrolyzer stacks and systems, AEMHY aims to provide competitive green hydrogen solutions for renewable energy integration, on-site hydrogen production and the decarbonization of industrial processes.
