The hydrogen production testing systems, "QZCS" series with a maximum system back pressure of 3.5 MPa, are developed to provide accurate, reliable, and convenient testing capabilities for electrolytic cells and key materials for hydrogen production. At present, we have developed some "QZCS" systems, including 500 W desktop, 2 kW, 10 kW, and 100 kW series.
The "QZCS" systems consist of power supply unit, electrolyte circulation unit, gas-liquid separation unit, gas analysis pretreatment unit, heat exchange unit, pressure regulation unit, nitrogen purging unit, PLC acquisition and control unit, human-machine operation unit, and safety monitoring unit, etc. The testing software independently developed by us is adopted, which can meet the requirements of polarization curve, AC impedance, high-frequency resistance, online test of oxygen concentration in hydrogen and hydrogen concentration in oxygen, sensitivity test, durability test, hydrogen production efficiency, and evaluation of compatibility with renewable energy, etc.
